Trade Subscription Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a Trade Discount Subscription, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth.
Billing & Shipment
Trade subscriptions are billed upon initiation of order and then on the 1st of the month that each order is scheduled to ship. Below is the current billing and ship schedule:
- March 1st billing ships by March 20th
- June 1st billing ships by June 20th
- September 1st billing ships by September 20th
- December 1st billing ships by December 20th
Your subscription discount rate does not apply to additional copies above your selected subscription tier. Additional copies of an issue may be purchased at the standard trade discount rate of 50%.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns (Refund): Unsold copies are eligible for return 90 days after purchase. All returned copies must be in their original, unused condition and include their original, unused digital access code card. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days of receipt.
Exchanges (No Refund): Only damaged or defective items are eligible for exchange. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, we will notify you of the status of your exchange. Exchanges will be shipped within 3 business days after approval.
*Select the number of copies being returned for exchange or refund. Instructions for return shipping will be emailed to you.
Subscription Tiers: You may upgrade or downgrade your trade subscription at any time. Your new tier subscription rate will begin on your next billing date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your trade subscription at any time. Unsold issues may be returned upon cancellation as detailed in Returns & Exchanges. 90 day restriction does not apply to returns as a result of a cancelled subscription.
